Contact your bank if you think you may have been a victim of fraud. Make sure you use the correct number for your bank. Only use contact details you have got from a secure source. The best approach is to look up the bank’s number yourself so you can be certain it is correct.

If you have been targeted or suspect a crime has taken place, you should also contact the police on 114 14.
