\nPhishing is a common form of cybercrime that involves fishing for bank-related information which is then used for illegal purposes.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\nWhat is vishing?\n<\/h4>
\nVishing is short for \u2018voice phishing\u2019 and refers to when a fraudster phones you up and claims to be the police or your bank, for example.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\nWhat is smishing?\n<\/h4>
\nSmishing is when a scammer sends fake SMS (text) messages or emails that look legitimate and contain links to websites where you will be encouraged to share personal information. The idea is usually to get hold of your money or personal details. Or they may try and get you to call a fake telephone number. \n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\nWhat is spoofing?\n<\/h4>
\nSpoofing is when a fraudster falsifies their identity and pretends to be a source you trust. For example by making a phone call that looks like it is coming from your bank, the police or a security company. \n<\/div>\n<\/div>

\nWhat is social manipulation?\n<\/h4>
